I just heard something from my good friend from Illinois that bears repeating, which is to have the administration come and testify on their deficit plan. The President's budget includes $2.9 trillion in deficit reduction. You have refused a visit from the administration to discuss it. How is that for provocation? I reserve the balance of my time.
