We are not going to change the things that are wrong with these countries, or help change the things that are wrong in these countries, overnight.

I would like to see, if we are going to help Afghanistan with food and aid, that we extract certain commitments from them before we just give them food.

They have decided that it is worth--it is worth it to risk jail time, beatings, torture, and even death if it means that Cuban people might finally have the chance to be free.

So that goes along with what the President said, there is no cut in policing, right?
