I have been on this committee now for 15 years, and for years I have advocated that this country should focus more intensely on the Western Hemisphere.

People should have the right to demonstrate. They do not have a right to be killed.

We are not going to change the things that are wrong with these countries, or help change the things that are wrong in these countries, overnight.

It just seems that every President uses these resolutions as they see fit.
