Sometimes, when we are looking at solutions, targeted solutions, these are the investments we can make to really tie in those connections between centers and between business owners.

We are not going to change the things that are wrong with these countries, or help change the things that are wrong in these countries, overnight.

It just seems that every President uses these resolutions as they see fit.

The crisis in Venezuela deserves our urgent attention. I will continue to work closely with my colleagues and the Biden Administration on a bipartisan basis to pursue the peaceful return to democracy in Venezuela.
