Trust me, I have gotten plenty of it in my 15 years in Congress.

I would like to see, if we are going to help Afghanistan with food and aid, that we extract certain commitments from them before we just give them food.

I think that that is a wise use of the money.

So that goes along with what the President said, there is no cut in policing, right?
