I will never support any money for Haiti that goes to the army in this Congress.
The Maduro dictatorship has managed to cling to power, even in the face of a severe humanitarian crisis.
This hearing comes at a critical time for Haiti.
So if you take away tax credits, where are these communities going to find money to build a senior citizen building?
