It just seems that every President uses these resolutions as they see fit.
But it has been 10 years that we have been giving money to this initiative and we still do not have a plan to deal with ...
I do not think they are really even looking at it, because they are so wrapped up in their own issues.
I think that the 2002 AUMF, I agree with my colleagues, should be just repealed.
