Annie L. McLane Kuster is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for New Hampshire's 2nd congressional district since January 3, 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Kuster has focused on issues such as healthcare, women's rights, and economic development throughout her tenure in Congress. She has been an advocate for expanding access to affordable healthcare and has worked on initiatives to support small businesses in her district.
Moving forward, there is much that Washington can do to further support our rural communities, and that includes expanding broadband access.
I also want to highlight my bipartisan bill, also with Dr. Bucshon, that would provide critical funding to bolster our immunization infrastructure around the country and bring it into the 21st century.
I have been proud to allocate funding and expand the reach of the Northern Borders Regional Commission.
It's a fundamental violation of due process and a miscarriage of justice that the fate of a child fleeing gang and sexual violence hinges on whether they're lucky enough to receive legal representation.
A key component to our continued vaccination efforts is ensuring that we have hard data collected to ensure that we can improve access in rural communities.
The progress we have seen these past few months in beating back COVID-19 has been nothing short of remarkable.
