The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 8, after line 20, insert the following new section (and redesignate the subsequent section accordingly): SEC. 5. REPORT. Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall produce a report that examines the effect of the Paris Agreement on clean energy job development in rural communities.
