The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 8, after line 20, insert the following new section (and redesignate the subsequent section accordingly): SEC. 5. REPORT. Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall produce a report that examines the effect of the Paris Agreement on clean energy job development in rural communities. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 329, the gentlewoman from New Hampshire (Ms. Kuster) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
