For 76 days, Democrats kept the Department of Homeland Security in limbo.

While there is still more work to be done, this announcement represents a commitment to the future of North Dakota’s oil industry—and a promise to America we will not step away from the resources God gave us.

I expect we will—because that’s our job.

The Dakota Access Pipeline is a great example of why we need to make these reforms that we’re working on, and hopefully we’ll get some things done this year.

It seems unreasonable to think that electric vehicles and others should use the roads without paying into the trust fund.

Permitting reform and capital formation were front and center.

This investment recognizes years of work by the EERC, industry partners, and state leaders to unlock more of the Bakken’s enormous potential while utilizing captured carbon dioxide productively.

At this point, we are in a hurry as a nation, rightfully so, to bring more, more rare earth elements, and everything that’s connected to that, domestically.

The adversary has a supply chain.

I am grateful for this recognition and will continue to fight the bullies, so our caregivers can do what they do best, provide compassionate care to our fellow North Dakotans.

Caregiving is a privilege and compassion is the North Dakota way. Such compassionate caregiving should not be subject to bureaucratic bullies.

In North Dakota, we prioritize compassion and I see this compassion in action every time I visit facilities and work with caretakers and leaders.

This isn't just about Grand Forks Air Force Base; it's about the entire ecosystem.

Access to quality healthcare in rural America is everything and that starts with an adequate workforce.

North Dakota is a model for the rest of the country and demonstrates energy production and energy innovation go hand in hand.

Everybody's got to be pulling in the same direction. And it's not just having power—persuasion comes from good behavior and good acting.
