Kevin John Cramer is an American politician serving as the junior United States senator from North Dakota since January 3, 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Cramer previously represented North Dakota's at-large congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from January 3, 2013, to January 3, 2019. The CRA effort was labeled 'a 745-million-acre can of worms' because we had the audacity to check the bureaucracy.

It seems unreasonable to think that electric vehicles and others should use the roads without paying into the trust fund.
While there is still more work to be done, this announcement represents a commitment to the future of North Dakota’s oil industry—and a promise to America we will not step away from the resources God gave us.
