Are you assisting with testing and making sure that illegal migrants that are coming across are being tested for COVID?

Are they released into the public at large or how do you track and know where they are so that you can make sure they go through the adjudication process?

the Administration's fiscal year 2022 discretionary request for the department is highly concerning.

Can you further describe FEMA's role as it relates to migrants coming across the border illegally?

I think people are smart and capable and you have got to trust them and give them some flexibility.

I think any time we can empower somebody like you out there, we ought to do it, rather than tell you exactly what you have to do.

It is just on in terms of any of the reforms as far as the food service programs, streamlining the programs.
