I do not think there is any dispute here that we need to grow the financial literacy in order for people to be successful.

The motto, 'See something, say something,' if the community does not feel appreciated, respected, or is afraid to report something for fear that it will come back to them, you are not going to get the intel that you need.

It is a scourge. Obviously, that the Blue Campaign is working to train officers, and has been absolutely a critical resource for people in my State.

If I can just indulge, Senator Collins and I have a bill called SOAR, which is to do better training for emergency room and medical responders.

Together we have the most power to prevent this from ever happening.
