Committee on Rules: Mr. Byrne and Mr. Newhouse. Ms. FOXX (during the reading). Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be considered as read. The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Hardy). Is there objection to the request of the gentlewoman from North Carolina? There was no objection. The resolution was agreed to. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
