There was clearly a risk in 2008 that we had to produce regulations to avoid in the future, but we have clearly gone too far.

I cannot imagine anyone sitting up at this dais would suggest just a blanket repeal of all regulations. It does not make sense.

Our bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide medical care for all diseases that can be scientifically linked to exposure to toxic chemicals at Camp Lejeune.

We have got a lot of red tape to cut through in the VA and the DOD.
