OK. May I ask another question? So I just want to be clear that, generally speaking, Senator Lee, I have observed you do some extraordinary things on the floor and managed to get some very helpful measures--amendments--voted on, including some of the ones today. But I do want to be clear that we are likely never going to have an opportunity to vote on those because we do have some of our colleagues who have made it very clear that they are not willing to have the puts and takes that are necessary in the world's most deliberative body to actually get an opportunity to take those votes. Is that your understanding?
