I hope you will think about that. This is alarming to me.
democracy does not come without a cost. It has to be protected.
I think the Chair and I share this, we found it very confusing, and I think the American people found it confusing.
So is that ASPR or is that DOD? Because of all the notifications of contracts signed, I have seen them from DOD.
