We're all part of the same thing called NATO, and under that agreement, when one of NATO's member's geography is challenged, the rest respond.
How could you not have passed this into law by now? I mean, this sounds like a panacea.
This Administration has time and again squandered its opportunities and made worse in the decisions you have made on testing and treatment.
My suggestion in the future is that when you guys huddle inside the COVID team, try to get the Administration to refrain from making these proclamations until we have got the product, until we know who we are negotiating with.
