I was surprised and frustrated to hear that these funds were overwhelmingly repurposed from within ASPR, including the stockpile.

We have the tools, tests, and vaccinations, therefore, there is no longer a public health reason to bar people from entering this country.

I want to thank you for scheduling this hearing to highlight the need for Congress to consider legislation to encourage Americans to save more for their futures.

I as an applicant should feel good about that. That tells me that there are less people working on application.
