Is Henry's Soul Food, is that considered historic, or could that be torn down and developed?

You're talking about primarily in those corridors as it looks to the Capitol. You are not talking about the historic nature of a neighborhood that is a mile out.

I would encourage you strongly to look for those areas where we can find consensus.

But your point is exactly where I'm going, because we would not see what has happened over by the ball field or the Navy Yards or any of that urban renewal if we allow the concentration to be downtown.

This particular issue of D.C. autonomy has been one that the chairman has championed really in a bipartisan way.
