Education is key in matching skill sets with the employers.

I know our universities, our public universities have a host of online courses for the 4-year degree program.

Our community colleges in North Carolina are the place to go for workforce training, to get that 2-year degree.

In last year's National Defense Authorization Act, Senator Webb and I included report language mandating a report on the expeditionary amphibious warfare ship force structure.

Amphibious ships should not be decommissioned earlier than their expected service life spans, obviously, without replacements.
