this is not a matter that should be rushed through and rubber stamped because some Members believe it is more important to make a point in 100 days than it is to save hundreds of lives. And, if it is to be pushed forward on a fast track, let's at least take the time to perfect this bill through the amendment process. We owe that to the children and workers of America. I urge passage of my amendments.
