I can say unequivocally, though, that every member of the Congressional Black Caucus has made this a centerpiece, a priority, in this Congress as well as Congresses before and Congresses to come, because this is a very critical issue. And it is so timely today given that just last Saturday I had my fifth annual Minority Women and Children's AIDS Walk.
