I want to lift up the name of Floyd B. McKissick, in terms of economic development... I want to recognize the untiring efforts in economic development of community development corporations in my district who are beginning to emerge as the new frontier for human services and for economic parity within the black community. Both of those, I think, in terms of the individual and the organization should be expounded on, and I congratulate them both.
