I do want to conclude my remarks by thanking both sides of the aisle for working with us for eastern North Carolina and other States that are flooded. I also want to recognize that there are parts of this bill that I may have problems with, but the devastation that many of the citizens who suffered, not just in my State, but throughout the East Coast, the citizens will be thankful to those of us who understood that we, as America, are best when we respond to citizens when they are at their lowest. So I want to kind of praise everybody that this is at least one good part of the bill that we ought to celebrate. I want to thank both sides for working with me.
