This Congress with today's VA leadership team can make these changes and more.

To turn VA around, we must maintain our momentum of change, and we cannot do that without cooperation of Congress.

It is frankly a failure of what I call sustainable accountability.

I am fully committed to fulfilling this charge to me, that is, to transform the Department of Veterans Affairs into an organization that delivers on its mission.
