I guess the question I have is how do you serve Indian country right now.

We need extra attention on veterans in rural and frontier areas and on Indian country.

At the end of the day, we have to make sure we have done everything possible to help our veterans find jobs.

I think that is correct.

You had talked about--and we can talk about outside Indian country in a minute.

Because 100 days ain't a lot.

I think, you said it best in your very first words when you said, we have got a problem, but there is tremendous opportunity in the solution to that problem.

You do not have to do now, just give it to us for the record.

I am going to cosponsor the bill that we are discussing today, S. 1547, Zero Tolerance for Veterans Homeless Act of 2009.

When veterans don't get the benefits they deserve, that is distressing enough. When we have veterans that are homeless, that is totally unacceptable, and I think we can all agree on that.

There are over 131,000 homeless veterans on any given night.

I cannot applaud those kind of efforts enough.

We need to do more to help homeless veterans to obtain permanent housing and address their health concerns.

You have been here forever.

I want to echo your statements right now, Mr. Chairman, that is, you are right, the banging on that door is going to get louder until we get this process fixed.

I think that the primary point that would be positive would be the burden of proof in the standard that an administrative law judge could apply, and apply in an even-handed manner.

We will probably ask your boss that question, too.

What options does Little Shell have now?

We were really non-people.

So who did you ask to find out if Little Shell has been around since 1900?
