We are all trying to figure out exactly what the practical consequences are going to be for sequestration and targeting of certain programs for cuts.

The administration can't just send out edicts--'this is how much money each Department, agency, or program is going to get.'

It would be interesting to know what the administration's plans are so producers can plan and not be surprised totally at the last minute.
