My concern though is that the IG report also showed that the employees of SBA, the staff, was not following up and adhering to the recommendations.
My job is to provide the oversight of all of the programs, to make sure they are working properly.
I urge you to continue to follow up to make sure that the personnel follow up and adhere to the recommendations.
