If your members had increased access to capital, would it be safe to say that they would likely utilize that capital to increase oil and gas production here in the United States?

Nothing in this bill would allow a geothermal project to move forward without proper environmental reviews.

So, contrary to what my colleagues on the opposite side of the aisle may claim, the project is still required to undergo the full NEPA review at multiple different points in the process.

This flawed, renewable-energy-only approach also jeopardizes vital revenue to states and the Federal Government.

We must pursue an all-of-the-above energy approach, and then let the best rise to the top.

Management of a species under the ESA was only ever supposed to be temporary. The ESA was intended to protect and rehabilitate species populations.

Last year marked the 50th anniversary of the Endangered Species Act. While it has been a noble effort to protect threatened and endangered species from extinction, it is clear today that the ESA is broken.

H.R. 6784, offered by Congressman Stauber, would accomplish this by allowing the Service to propose 4(d) rules for endangered species.
