Arctic and non-Arctic actors are going to increase their provocative actions and activities, especially as the Arctic becomes more accessible because of warming temperatures and diminishing ice.

I would strongly encourage our body to consider how to incorporate some deep dives into the issues facing the country during our orientation program.

Is immigration reform perhaps one? Is childcare provision, especially in Minnesota where we are the third highest cost State in the country?
