I do not think we want to pick on the President, but we want to certainly include him in this discussion. Seventy percent of his discretionary cuts come in the last 2 years, that even if he is reelected he is not going to be here either. To pretend that we are going to do these gorgeous things in the last 2 years is not honest and it is not fair. We should have lower spending every year.
