I want to report to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Walsh) that the NRC, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, has just contacted me to state their claim that any failure to achieve an MOU, a memorandum of understanding, with the EPA is not for any lack of trying on the part of the NRC. I hope that as we move to and through the conference that we have an opportunity to look into the matter and examine the facts and merits of their claim.
