You have a fine Governor. Bill Milliken has done an outstanding job.

I must reemphasize that the Council should not be a steppingstone back to mandatory wage and price controls.

I think that is a great trend in exactly the right direction.

It would also be unrealistic to expect this Council to bring any immediate relief from inflation.
