These people making less than $25,000 a year get up and go to work just like you and I do every single day. They pay a payroll tax which is the highest tax paid by 82 percent of Americans. So the other side of the aisle can label us not being for tax cuts if you choose, but do not call this a welfare plan. This is a plan designed to help people who go to work day in and day out but who earn under $25,000 a year.
