Section 1 (c) of Executive Order No. 11651 of March 3, 1972, is amended.
The Medals of Freedom you are about to receive are the highest civilian honor that our country can bestow.
All Executive agencies shall periodically review their real property holdings.
I certainly want all Americans and all people throughout the world to have a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
