It seems that we are not using our money at the U.N. to create leverage and nor are we using our markets to create leverage.

I hope we can have on-going conversations so that we can get the right balance here, because it very much concerns me that we will overreact and that individual customers and companies and folks will bear the price for that.

This felt like a sad decision to me because it seemed to bypass a normal conversation with all stakeholders.

We make mistakes when we make decisions based on assumptions, as opposed to separating what we assume from what we know.
