Mr. Speaker, I, too, want to commend our colleagues for working in a bipartisan manner, Mr. Loudermilk and Mr. Sherman, not only for dealing with this in committee; there was some trust that was shown on all sides to move forward on that, and this is the way the system is supposed to work. Congratulations. I look forward to supporting this bill and request that all of my colleagues do the same. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
