I, too, want to commend our colleagues for working in a bipartisan manner, Mr. Loudermilk and Mr. Sherman, not only for dealing with this in committee; there was some trust that was shown on all sides to move forward on that, and this is the way the system is supposed to work. Congratulations. I look forward to supporting this bill and request that all of my colleagues do the same. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Huizenga) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 5953. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
