The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule titled ``Determinations of Attainment by the Attainment Date, Extensions of the Attainment Date, and Reclassification of Areas Classified as Marginal for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards'' published by the Environmental Protection Agency in the Federal Register on October 7, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 60897) with respect to-- (1) Allegan County, Michigan; (2) Berrien County, Michigan; or (3) Muskegon County, Michigan. The Acting CHAIR.
