H.R.2011, introduced by Rep. John Delaney (Maryland), would include Chapter 31 of Title 38 under the purview of the Veterans' Advisory Committee on Education.
Helping our veterans transition to civilian life is one of the most critical challenges facing our country.
The VFW believes that Congress must extend the advisory committee at least through 2015.
