I do not oppose third-party releases through the bankruptcy process. I oppose nonconsensual third-party releases where victims like myself do not have a choice.

So, we need random assignment of the judges, so we don't get the bankruptcy debtors essentially picking their own judges or the judges picking their own cases for different reasons.

Quick update here, the chances that the same three judges would be drawn 57 percent of the time out of 375 bankruptcy judges is basically one over infinity.

When Kevin McCarthy comes out today and he calls my colleagues Pelosi Republicans, it`s clear that he sees a patriotic American acting beyond political party.
