Elijah E. Cummings was a prominent American politician and civil rights advocate who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from Maryland's 7th congressional district from 1996 until his death in 2019. My bill would also require agencies to notify the EEOC when violations occur, and it would require agencies to report on their Web sites whether a finding of discrimination or retaliation was made.
