Chesapeake Bay, crucial to Maryland's economy, culture, what fiscal year 2022 resources do you need to do your part in protecting the health of the Bay?

It has been brought to my attention that the NOAA office in Gaithersburg, Maryland, which is in my district, is going to be closed.

Part of this reducing recidivism is linking community-based programs to prisons, especially substance use, mental health, and employment.

Because the recidivism rate, at 75 percent 5 years out, is costing taxpayers, you know, $80 billion a year.

On mental healthcare, last year, I visited a State prison in my district that houses over 1,300 inmates.

We have got to give folks a fair shot at employment, and it shouldn't be just because of their criminal history that they are excluded.

I recommend to the Biden administration that you and your staff are incompetent and be fired.

I would love to hear a little more about what your plan is around antitrust enforcement within the USDA.

Our Republican legislature, either ineptly or insufficiently, didn't deal with this, and it was going to cost us money.

A major immigration reform would have an important effect on the economy.

I am calling it CAVES. If this takes off, it would allow the Members to know who is coming into the Capitol.

Threats against Members must be an enforcement priority for the Department of Justice as well as State and local and county jurisdictions.

If African Americans or Hispanics are incarcerated the same rate as Whites, we would have 40 percent less people in jail.

We have got 2 months to make some decisions and provide the assistance.
