The amendment does not specifically relate to that. However, it is our expectation, and the understanding of all of the task force members, that in accordance with precedent the Committee will determine by majority vote which, if any, complaints filed in the previous Congress will be considered in the current term. Once accepted, it is the intent of the task force that such complaints shall be treated in all respects as if they had been accepted under the new rules, which shall then govern accordingly.
