I was prepared to close, but evidently we are going to have continue to have rhetoric that sometimes compels me to answer. I left the floor a little while ago to take care of some very important business, and when I returned I was advised that one of the speakers on the other side took this political rhetoric to such an extent that he talked about a campaign rally, or a town meeting at which he was present, and an elderly gentleman talked about HMOs and got so excited that he fell down and died, and for some reason that was supposed to be our fault. I heard the last speaker say that we have deprived America of all of the good that the President wishes to bestow upon them, and I just get concerned about the rhetoric.
