I happen to think that he will be one of the most missed Members. He is one of the most colorful, one of the most dedicated, and one of the most hard-working. The Washingtonian magazine did say he was one of the most hard-working, and I think it was on the money there. I am going to miss that big file folder with 'Solomon' written on it being carried to and fro. I am going to miss our conversations about the dairy farmers, and I know that as soon as that subject comes up next year I will be hearing from him. But we want to wish you and Freda, bon voyage.
