This type of anti-American rhetoric that I am hearing from my colleagues across the aisle today is exactly why regular American patriots don't like politicians and don't trust the government.

It means that we make stuff up.

Americans want air dominance worldwide from our military forces, and the parents and families of our pilots want those pilots to have total confidence in their aircraft.

We shouldn't be talking about testing, you know, 5, 10, 20 percent of our incarcerated children of God. We should be pushing to get to 100 percent.

I encourage you gentlemen all to work with Congress and your contracts to make that happen.

It is completely righteous for us to question ICE's treatment and response to COVID-19, but let us not go too far.

ICE should be here to tell us what issues have arisen and how they have overcome them or not.

I find it disappointing that the Majority did not invite ICE to a hearing that focuses on ICE.

I believe ICE should be here to speak for themselves.

I respectfully object to House proxy voting and remote committee attendance.

I respectfully urge my colleagues across the aisle to encourage Madam Speaker Pelosi and the majority leadership to end proxy voting, and remote committee hearings.

I believe that this hearing should have been canceled or postponed and these gentlemen should be able to go and do their work.

We have a duty to secure our border and the sovereignty of our Nation.

I hope America is watching, because this is exactly the kind of theater that this town has produced.

If this body were to run a $1 billion surplus, it would require 22,000 years of a $1 billion surplus to address a $22 trillion debt.

Congressman Higgins, I have been in my house since 1968. We have never flooded.

I support very deep consultations with you.

There is no American here on either side that wants to interfere with the lives of American citizens.

This waiver authority was a deliberate act by the Congress to avoid endless years of litigation that would make construction impossible.
