I agree with some of my colleagues, Senator Paul said regarding the adverse kind of paradoxical effect of decreasing rebates, but I differ with them on spread pricing.

Major drug companies last year made $100 billion in profit. PBMs made $27 billion in profit.

There is an enormous amount of greed going on.
