I think it is time we got our priorities right. And if we get our priorities right, we put children at the top of the list.

Childcare obviously is too expensive for those who need it, but I think it is important to note that it has become more expensive as we have pumped more Federal dollars into it--it is kind of odd.

We cannot afford to allow that to happen.
