Reclaiming my time, it is a huge amount of money. It would be a great investment in the long-term solvency of the program. I did not know whether the gentlewoman from Pennsylvania (Ms. Hart) might want to talk a little bit about the deficit too, because I do think that is something we are hearing a lot about, and it is very reassuring to Americans when they understand this is not more debt.
